Returns: How-To

We offer a 30-day refund/exchange policy from the date of delivery on most electronic gadgets. To qualify for a return:

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Must provide Order number or proof of purchase.

  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be returned intact.

1. Products with original serial numbers removed, altered, or not able to be readily determined.

2. Damage caused by transportation and handling, including scratches, dents, chips, and/or any damages to the exterior of your product.

3. Damage or failure caused by incorrect electrical current or voltage, fluctuations, or surges.

4. Applications and uses for which this product was not intended.

5. Damage or failure caused by products or equipment not supplied by Votuse.

6. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
